The 725Ex can measure volts dc, mA, RTDs, thermocouples, frequency and ohms, as well as source or simulate volts dc, mA, RTDs, thermocouples,frequency and ohms. It features a two channel simultaneous source and measure capability for calibration of transmitters and power transmitters with internal loop supply. It stores frequently-used test setups for later use. It also has a pressure switch test function to capture set, reset and deadband values.
Pressure measurement to 3,000 psi/200 bar is possible, using any of the 8 intrinsically safe 700PEx Pressure Modules. The 725Ex Intrinsically Safe Calibrator is a powerful, new intrinsically safe, multifunction calibration tool that offers a complete solution for calibration in a hazardous area.
